The Freeman Regional Health Services Foundation will host our 12th Annual Golf Tournament on
June 24, 2022 at Valley View Golf Course in Freeman, SD.
- Sign up now for this 4-person, 18-hole golf scramble.
- The entry fee is $100/golfer or $400/team and will be limited to the first 18 teams to register.
- Individual golfers will be registered and placed onto teams.
- Registration includes 18 holes of golf, shared cart, swag, lunch, and door prizes.
