The mission of Freeman Regional Health Services, is to provide high quality and compassionate care for all ages in order to positively impact the lives, health and wellness of our patients, residents, employees and communities. Our mission guides our actions, thoughts and words. That includes every interaction between us and our patients, our residents, our partners and ourselves!
We are committed to anyone who comes through our doors. In order to be successful in our commitment, we developed CARE Standards for Service Excellence for every employee to use in all interactions.
