Rural Medical Clinics offer a wide range of services in general medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, minor surgical procedures, mental health services and routine annual exams.
The clinic in Freeman is located in the southeastern section of Freeman, eight blocks from Highway 81. The clinic building is physically connected to the Freeman Hospital.
Three satellite clinics, within a 20 mile radius of Freeman, are located in Bridgewater, Marion and Menno. Each clinic is staffed by an Advanced Practice Provider.
