- How did you become a part of the board?
I was presenting some business items at a board meeting and that is when Shirley Knodel and the current board asked if I would consider becoming a board member.
- What do you enjoy about being on the board?
I have a passion for helping Non-Profits and I see the Salem Home/FRHS facilities as great assets to the community.
- What is something that impresses you or you appreciate about FRHS?
I am impressed with all the health services provided and also impressed with the quality of Educated Medical Staff. In business a struggle is to get good employees and then the second hardest thing is to keep the quality staff and I think FRHS does a great job in these areas.
- What do you look forward to for the future of FRHS?
I really look forward to the New Structure for the community, FRHS and Salem Home have done a great job of using the structures they currently have but it is time for updates. I think this will be a win-win situation for all involved and be a huge asset to the community for generations to come.
