‘Giving Tuesday’ probably isn’t a new term to you, but it may surprise you just how much generosity is shown in ONE DAY.
• In 2022, donations from 85 countries were received by worthy causes.
• More than $3.1 billion dollars were donated to support non-profit missions.
• More than 20 million people impacted organizations with their financial generosity.
• 83% of people world-wide donated funds, time or talent to worthy causes.
It gives me hope that, in a time when so much of what we hear and see appears negative, so many people comes together for this one day defined by generosity.
We are fortunate to live in a community where neighbors regularly lend a hand to those in need, volunteer for boards and committees and give generously to causes close to their hearts.
Thanks to this spirit of generosity, Freeman Regional successfully completed the installation of our new CT, the project from the gala held in January of this year. The equipment is already making a significant difference in the quality of healthcare we offer and we’re excited to grow our services further!
Today, we’re reaching out for your continued support as we focus on expanding our services with the addition of a DEXA Scanner. This technology will enable us to diagnose concerns in the area of bone health and create treatment plans to reduce bone loss and damage.
We invite you to support Freeman Regional with a gift. There are one-time or recurring donation options available and we would truly appreciate any amount for the DEXA project and Freeman Regional. You can also show your support by attending the ‘Eat, Drink and Be Giving’ gala on January 27, 2024. Ticket, sponsorship and donation options can be found by clicking the button below.
