Freeman Clinic

The FRHS Clinics offer a wide range of services in general medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, minor surgical procedures, and routine annual exams.

Three satellite clinics within a 20 mile radius of Freeman are located in Bridgewater, Marion and Menno.  Each clinic is staffed by an Advanced Practice Provider.
