With over 500,000 cardiac arrests occurring each year, CPR training from the American Red Cross can be the difference between life and death. Freeman Regional Health Services and the Salem Mennonite Home teamed up to provide recertification training for multiple sessions of staff on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. During these sessions, staff went through interactive scenarios, peer-to-peer learning and hands-on skill practice to be better prepared when these life-saving techniques are needed most.
