As part of our commitment to improving patient convenience, we centralized both clinic and hospital billing operations within our Business Office this past year. This strategic move allows patients to address all billing matters in a single visit, improving efficiency and reducing confusion.

In addition, Freeman Regional added a new online bill pay option, available at, www.personapay.com/freemanmed, which is also accessible through our website. This new feature provides patients with a quick, secure, and convenient way to manage their billing online, allowing for greater flexibility in handling payments at their convenience.
